Sanden Agreed with Chofu Seisakusho Co., Ltd for Sale of Oil Burning Boiler Manufacturing Equipment

Sanden Corporation has completed, on June 25, all transfers of Oil Burning Boiler manufacturing equipment. This has been done based on the sales agreement signed with Chofu Seisakusho Co., Ltd on January 15.
Sanden has been manufacturing and selling Oil Burning Boilers for home-heating system for many years. Due to demand changes in energy consumption, customers need changes, and changes in the business environment,
we have decided to sell all equipment to Chofu Seisakusho Co., Ltd. We will maintain repair services and replacement parts within the scope of the warranty.
Sanden will concentrate business resources on the environment as the business domain. We will also strengthen the Eco-Cute business,
utilizing the key compressor technology and the well-established service and maintenance network.
Sanden aims to innovate and expand its business operations to create new and even more pleasant living spaces.
