Sanden Corporation will construct a new production center in Toyohashi-shi, Aichi Prefecture, in order to strengthen our sales capabilities for the automobile air conditioner business for the domestic and overseas markets.

The old warehouse site in Oiwa-cho, Toyohashi-shi, will be renovated as a factory for this new manufacturing center for the production of HVAC units, which are used for automobile air conditioners. The company develops and produces small, lightweight HVAC units for automobiles at its Yattajima Plant in Isesaki-shi, Gunma, but has made the decision to respond to the expected growth in domestic and overseas production of mini-vehicles and compact cars by constructing a new factory.
